THE EXPERIENCE I’m probably the palest girl that’s ever walked on earth so sunscreen is a must for me and my skin. Soleo has created this sunscreen for people with sensitive skin, and it’s even kind enough to use on children. Double win! You use this sunscreen just as you would any other sunscreen and it works just the same, if not better. It also comes in handy sizes – I love the little 40g tubes with the hole in the end for a clip. THE EXPERIENCE I received a sample sized tube of the Three Warriors Gradual Tan product. First of all, I love the packaging; it’s very sleek and neat! What’s inside the tube sounds even better – toxic and cruelty free tanning lotion. This lotion is fine to be used as your everyday moisturiser and it will build into a lovely, natural looking tan over the day. It promises to be streak free and hydrating for your skin. It’s easy to apply, the scent isn’t overpowering (yay!) and it also leaves your skin feeling smooth and fresh... for about 30 seconds. Unfortunately, that’s where the ‘good’ stops for me! I instantly came out in a rash and had to jump in the shower to wash it off, it was burning! I applied the lotion to my legs – and I don’t usually have sensitive skin – so I’m really not sure what to think of this product. Being a pale girl, I have tried many different tans over the years and have never had a reaction before. This lotion certainly isn’t for me but obviously, we’re all different, so give it a go for yourself! Have you tried Three Warriors products? What did you think? Let me know! She is a stay at home mum, with a passion for all things art! Take a look at her Etsy page and you’ll see that she is such a talented woman – her work is gorgeous! THE EXPERIENCE Dawn was so kind and sent me this gorgeous jewellery organiser that is made from a recycled fence paling! It’s cute, quirky and fun – everything I love. I love that there has been no ‘rules’ followed when making this piece – the hooks aren’t aligned in any way, they’re all different, the colours are different. I LOVE rustic style home wares so this is perfect for me! Dawn also has some beautiful art listed on her Etsy page – her style is something that gets my attention. I’m not a huge art lover, but when I see something I like I need it! You can eat them alone or enjoy them with some yoghurt or with milk. They contain ‘zero’ additives and preservatives. THE EXPERIENCE YUM! I was lucky enough to be sent a packet of Zero Bites from the maker herself! And my golly, they are so yummy! I like them plain but I LOVE them with yoghurt – so simple and easy. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack during the day. The little oat clusters are made using local and imported ingredients, by a mum named Claudia. In the clusters you will find wholegrain oats, brown rice syrup, sunflower oil, coconut, maple syrup and chia seeds. The story about why she started Zero Bites is fantastic. One of her children has food allergies so she decided to create her own snacks and here we are – you can now try the snacks too! If you’re on the hunt for a new snack for your family, be sure to check these beauties out!
